eCRM provider Norkom Technologies, has announced that it is to become a partner in Hewlett-Packard's Mobile E-Services Bazaar. The Bazaar has been set up as a research centre for emerging mobile technologies. Businesses with an interest in these technologies can share new ideas, view and test new innovations and generally participate in the development of new mobile e-services. HP Bazaars have been started in various locations around the world, including Helsinki, Silicon Valley and Singapore. Norkom will be one of over 400 partners to join the scheme since its inception.
"Wireless service applications are now an integral part of CRM technologies. Our marketing automation platform, Norkom Alchemist™ uses SMS for personalised alert campaigns and Wap technologies for campaign status reports and authorisation," said Dr Karl O’Connell (Chief Technology Officer, Norkom Technologies). "HP’s Mobile E-services Bazaar offers us access to a hot bed of knowledge and innovation and we look forward to close collaboration with HP and the other member companies."
"As a member of this global programme, Norkom can access the latest mobile devices and solutions before they are commercially available, as well as benefit from technical, business, marketing and sales support provided by HP and our technology partners," added Michael Stack, Mobile e-Services Business Development Manager, HP Ireland.
