Precision Response brings cyber sales reps to the Net

Precision Response Corporation (PRC) and NewChannel have announced a strategic partnership. As the preferred outsourced teleservices solutions provider of the NewChannel Solution, PRC will bring live proactive eSales agents to the Internet.

“By providing our joint customers with a true Internet sales channel, we are helping them, for the first time, tap into the sales potential of the web. As a result, we are positively affecting their top line,” said Alan Weisleder, president of NewChannel.

As part of the alliance, PRC has incorporated the NewChannel Solution into PRC Netpro, a proactive online customer acquisition tool. The technology selects web visitors who would benefit from a live sales interaction. If the visitor accepts the invitation, he or she is connected via text chat or telephone to a PRC cyber representative who completes the sale.

As Wes O’Brien, PRC’s president, said, “By coupling the NewChannel Solution with live eSales agents, a voice component, and PRC’s CRM solution, we are able to offer a completely integrated solution to our clients regardless of the communication channel that their customers choose.”
