Marketing automation specialists Prime Response are extending links with complimentary solutions providers to offer bundled packages which are likely to appeal to wider markets by tackling the less avoidable factors which prevent companies buying their product.
One good example is that of the company who are not yet at a stage where they can use a campaign management tool.
Historically, marketing automation solutions were implemented with the assumption that a customer data warehouse or campaign data mart existed. In many cases, enterprises are still building their customer data warehouse or data mart, creating barriers to successfully integrating marketing campaigns across an entire enterprise.
To address this and other issues - such as reducing time, cost and effort in building customer-centric data marts and data warehouses - Prime Response have teamed up with customer data management solutions provider Carleton. The partnership aim to deliver a complete closed-loop marketing solution that provides customer data management capabilities coupled with the marketing automation application.
The alliance combines Pure· Views functionality to create a complete view of customers through an integrated customer data management solution with [email protected]s ability to analyze, plan, execute and track multi-channel marketing, enabling organizations to implement enterprise-wide CRM initiatives.
In another recent announcement, Prime Response and Responsys.com, provider of direct marketing solutions on the Internet, revealed plans to offer a hosted solution for automated marketing through on-line and traditional channels.
The combination of Interact (Responsys) and [email protected] (Prime Response) is designed to enable joint customers to integrate customer relationship management and personalized Internet marketing, with a desired result of cost-effective marketing campaigns, customer retention and loyalty.
By combining the segmentation, profiling and analysis capabilities in [email protected] with the personalized e-mail generation, execution and tracking capabilities of Responsys Interact, the partnership hope to enable businesses create communications that are targeted specifically to the interests of individual customers. Targeted communications that are relevant have a higher likelihood of generating positive responses and building customer loyalty.
