Prime Response strengthens management team

Prime Response has announced the promotion of one of its managers, Ian Bowles, to senior vice president, Sales, responsible for maintaining the growth of Prime Response from the UK to Australia. 

Allen Swann, president of International Operations, commented: “Ian’s sustained performance at Prime Response over the last two years has been a significant force in driving our international presence, and opening new markets in Asia Pacific and Europe. His success in telecoms and financial services verticals has been remarkable, developing relationships with BT, Telstra, Deutsche Bank, and NatWest, to name a few. Under his guidance, we have added more than 20 international customers that represent some of the world’s largest household names.”

Bowles joined Prime Response from Oracle, where he was instrumental in creating and developing channel strategy and establishing the UK's General Business Division. He has worked in the IT industry for 18 years, with management roles in direct and indirect sales. Earlier in his career he worked for Informix and Acer-Altos. 

Prime Response, described as an integrated e-marketing automation visionary in the CRM industry, is located in Cambridge, MA (corporate headquarters), London (international headquarters), Antwerp, Chicago, Denver, Frankfurt, Melbourne, Minneapolis, Munich, New York, Paris, San Francisco, Singapore and Sydney.
