PricewaterhouseCoopers and Clarify today announced a strategic global alliance. They aim to offer companies a single solution for deployment of web-based customer loyalty solutions for the Internet age.
PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world's largest customer relationship management (CRM) consulting firm with more than 1,600 dedicated CRM consultants worldwide, is creating a Clarify team that will help companies decrease time to market, improve return on investment and capture new levels of customer loyalty.
"Clarify's innovative eFrontOffice offering, coupled with our vast industry knowledge and client successes, gives companies the opportunity to obtain a competitive advantage in the Internet economy," said Denis Collart, global leader for the CRM practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers. "Together we share the vision, philosophy and expertise required to help customers adapt quickly to changing needs and market demands."
"PricewaterhouseCoopers' commanding global presence and our leadership in the front office market creates a powerful solution for Global 1000 organizations investing in customer loyalty and e-business initiatives," said Tony Zingale, president and CEO for Clarify.
PricewaterhouseCoopers and Clarify have been working together for more than two years, with successful implementations at multiple clients, including Level 3 Communications and StorageTek. The strategic alliance is an expansion of the organizations' current relationship, leveraging the knowledge and experience already gained from these clients.
Organizations Co-fund Development Center
As part of the alliance, both Clarify and PricewaterhouseCoopers are contributing resources for a development center at Clarify's headquarters. PricewaterhouseCoopers professionals will provide real-world implementation feedback to assist Clarify's product planning, development and testing organizations. Clarigy claim this commitment, which is the first for themselves and for PricewaterhouseCoopers within the CRM market, is intended to help clients realize a faster time to market and a greater return on investment.
"This development center provides a great opportunity for Clarify and PricewaterhouseCoopers to share knowledge directly from clients' implementations and create new, innovative solutions for eFrontOffice," said Robert Block, PricewaterhouseCoopers CRM partner responsible for the Global Clarify alliance.
PricewaterhouseCoopers will also begin to create targeted industry solutions using Clarify eFrontOffice. The organization plans to include these solutions throughout their technology solution centers worldwide. These centers will provide clients with the opportunity to see the benefits of Clarify eFrontOffice in a working enterprise environment.
