QAS addresses Siebel’s e-business problem

QuickAddress is now available for Siebel e-business applications – to capture customers’ addresses, and generate full postal addresses using only the postcode and house number.

Addresses are entered in a fraction of the time it would take to enter them in full. Details are kept up-to-date by noting changes made by the Royal Mail, and a broad range of information such as geo-demographics can be added to records for profiling.

“Ensuring that address details are accurate is an essential prerequisite for an effective e-business strategy,“ said Simon Worth, managing director of QAS.

QAS has joined the Siebel Alliance program as a premier software partner.
