Quadstone and Point Information Systems have announced a strategic alliance and new integrated solution which could well signpost the way ahead for CRM.
Aimed initially at the financial services sector, the combined offering is a recognition of the fact that financial services companies must develop high-yielding customer strategies that can be modified quickly to meet changes in behaviour and lifestyle patterns.
The new partnership brings analytical CRM and operational CRM together. Quadstone's capabilities are now available through e-Point's CRM management dashboard, allowing financial services companies to streamline the process.
