I' m looking for informations about the best way to re-engineer the Operations Area of a Web Call Center operating as an outsorcer which has experienced a big development in his activity during last 2 years. What are, in your experience, the best structures of a web call Center?

Web call centers can be re engineered and re worked. But the first thing is to know what is the objective for re engineering. Is it cost factor or quickness in response or....?
