Acxiom Corporation is to integrate Protagona, by Recognition Systems, into its Solvitur CRM solutions in the insurance industry. Acxiom deals in customer data integration and customer relationship management.
Protagona personalizes marketing messages across all customer touch points, including the web, call centers, direct sales, and traditional communications. Protagona allows clients to move from a product-centric to a customer-focused business model by utilizing Acxiom’s SolviturSM solution. Solvitur combines Acxiom’s primary core competencies – customer data integration, data delivery, and data content – to provide a complete, integrated market management plan.
Bryan Black, CEO of Recognition Systems, says, “This alliance was brought about, in part, by a number of prospects our companies have in common who saw value in our working together. This is a big compliment for both Acxiom and Recognition Systems, and we’re pleased that this industry recognizes the value of our Protagona product.”
Jim Womble of Acxiom, who oversees the company’s insurance industry relationships, said, “This new alliance proves that Acxiom is continuing to make a strong commitment to the insurance industry. Our clients’ needs drive our decisions to develop strategic business alliances with software solutions providers.”
The alliance will allow insurance companies, and others that want to sell insurance, to adopt a multi-channel marketing approach.
