After a brief sabbatical, high tech executive Sidney C. Lejfer has formed a new CRM and business analytics consultancy. Harvest Solutions LLC, will specialise in small to medium size businesses.
The new firm was founded by CRM veterans with over 50 years of cumulative experience in CRM, with a common idea of improving the success rate of CRM and BA implementations.
Lejfer had previously founded a firm in 1987 that was recognized in mid-market CRM and business intelligence. In April of 2000, he sold his company to a venture-backed ASP.
After a brief sabbatical, however, he realized that the CRM landscape was continuing to change at a rapid rate - the CRM industry today incorporates many other areas than the original roots of the industry.
"The functionality and productivity that can be obtained from these products can be extraordinary and we want to assist our clients in maximizing those features," Lejfer said
Headquartered in Waltham, MA., Harvest will focus on mid-market products such as SalesLogix and Crystal Reports. Mid-market solutions include web interface, synchronization, wireless, telephony, and accounting and ERP integration.
