Selligent preferred by Omnitech for CRM offering

Selligent, the European provider of global CRM solutions, and Omnitech, a service company active in engineering and telecoms, have officially announced a commercial, marketing and integration partnership for their CRM offering. The agreement reflects Omnitech’s commitment to provide to its clients the best CRM solutions from standard leading products.

During the selection phase, Selligent was recognised by Omnitech’s experts for its coverage of each aspect of global CRM, including SFA, sales force and call centres. A Selligent competence centre will be created for Omnitech’s 70 employees, to help them to meet the demand for expertise and consulting services.

Omnitech’s CEO, Jean-François Marraud says that he is “all too pleased to have been able to find a lasting agreement with a solution provider that is becoming the European leader in the field of Customer Relationship Management”.

Selligent’s vice president Marketing and Business Development, Michel Doric, commented, “We were seduced by the expertise that we found among Omnitech’s specialists. We view this as a key success factor to future joint projects”.

Omnitech is extending its offering with a partner whose solutions combine functional coverage, easy implementation and a leading position on the European market.

Selligent is a Business-to-Business, Business-to-Reseller and Business-to-Consumer front-office suite combining functional modules for :

Selligent recently announced the release of Selligent 2000, the new generation of its flagship software package. This fifth version includes a new Contact Centre Module to manage multi-channel contacts with prospects, clients, partners and suppliers (including e-mail, facsimile, telephone, post, WAP and web interaction). Selligent 2000 can be used for local as well as international projects.

Forty new contracts were signed by Selligent France during the first six months of 2000, and its turnover objective for this year is 37 million francs.
Omnitech was founded by Jean-François Marraud in 1993, and has 70 employees.
