Australian recruitment firm Julia Ross Recruitment has selected Siebel eBusiness Applications and Siebel Professional Services to deploy its CRM solution.
The implementation, including advanced call handling, self-service over the Web for clients and job candidates, and real-time integration with back office financial and payroll systems, will roll out over the coming months.
The project is intended to drive improvements in operational efficiency, quality control, and customer service levels, as well as provide additional market reach by adding an integrated, fully transactional Web channel to the company's marketing mix.

Julia Ross Recruitment chose Siebel 7, MidMarket Edition. Siebel Professional Services will work alongside Julia Ross as the overall systems integrator for the deployment, assisting in the design, project management, and quality control required to complete the implementation.
Turning Julia Ross's existing Web presence into a full-fledged eBusiness channel is intended to enable the recruitment company to offer clients access to a personalised Web portal where they can raise orders, view account details, and generate activity reports and analysis. Web self-service will provide job candidates with protected access to a range of personal information such as pay details and professional profiles held with Julia Ross and will allow candidates to search and apply for jobs online. Siebel Call Center 7, MidMarket Edition will also be rolled out to 150 consultants nationwide.
With the Siebel solution in place at Julia Ross, information on candidates and client needs collected via the telephone, gathered over the Internet, or residing within existing systems can be coordinated and shared at the national and local level.
The applications will integrate with Julia Ross's existing financial and payroll systems, allowing reduced paper flows, less duplication of tasks, and enhanced data tracking and quality control.
