The Shangri-la hotel in the heart of Singapore is the venue for a very special conference later this month.CRM Asia 2000 is an inaugral event that is relatively small, but very focussed in content, claiming to provide an unrivalled platform to learn about the latest management and technology developments.
The conference will host presentations, discussions, focus groups, networking arenas and social events, with four world-class speakers and over twenty industry experts from USA, United Kingdom, Japan, India and Asia. Thirty speakers from airlines, banks, telcos and the retail trade will look at the factors needed to support the growth of businesses in Asia.
The conference is designed to educate CEOs and senior executives on the dynamics of CRM as a discipline that they need to inculcate within their organisations. Important advice indeed, when one considers that 60 per cent of CRM solutions have failed in the developed markets in the world, with serious implications in terms of investment, and personal disappointment.
Exhibitors from Taiwan, India, Australia and Hong Kong are using CRM Asia 2000 as a platfrom to launch their products and services to the market. The organisers say there will be an exciting announcement at the opening ceremony which will elevate Asia into the forefront of the global CRM industry.
