SmartFocus has announced a partnership agreement with Fineos to deliver a fully operational analytical CRM solution to the financial services industry. SmartFocus was selected following a competitive tender. Its Viper intelligent marketing software will be integrated with with the Fineos enterprise solution.
SmartFocus's expertise in data mining will augment Fineos's core CRM functionality. The combined solution will enable banking and insurance to ensure that every piece of customer data is collected at customer contact points.
Fineos business development director Donal McCarthy said: "This is an important alliance for Fineos. SmartFocus offers excellent data analysis, visualisation and data mining technology coupled with good experience in the banking and insurance sectors."
The integrated solutions will be unveiled to the banking sector at a joint seminar on 18 September at The Belfry, near Birmingham, UK. Entitled 'Multi-channel Banking Front to Back Office Solutions - A New Era for Customer-centric Banking', the event will be held in conjunction with Fineos and partners, Lynx and SmartFocus.
