TeamPoint, the award-winning e-business CRM system from Point Information Systems, has been named one of the industry's top 15 CRM solutions by the leading US consulting firm ISM Inc.
The award follows laboratory tests of hundreds of different CRM software products, during which 80 business functions, 32 technical features and 12 user friendliness/support features were measured.
TeamPoint helps optimise customer interactions. It captures and shares information to trigger appropriate marketing and sales strategies.
This latest award comes shortly after two others from independent US industry sources. The magazine [email protected] Center CRM Solutions named TeamPoint a product of the year while the online Call Center News Service chose it as a Hot Pick 2000.
Announcing the awards at the DCI Chicago CRM conference, ISM president Barton Goldenberg said: "TeamPoint was selected after intensive testing and review. This is an honour as competition is fierce in the burgeoning CRM software industry."
In Chicago to accept the award was Point’s CEO Dieter Schneider. "Technology and e-commerce are moving companies and their customers further apart," he said. "Point’s CRM solutions are aimed at bringing them closer again."
Underlining this commitment is Point's latest internet-enabled CRM software, WebPoint and TeamPoint 4i. Unique features include enterprise, partner and customer portals which let staff, resellers or customers access the system securely through a familiar Web interface.
