TrainingZone rated best B2B site at Yell awards

At last night’s Yell Awards presentation dinner it was announced that TrainingZone.co.uk, a virtual community run by Sift Group, was highly commended as the ‘best e-commerce site’ of 2000. Jonathon Ross presented the award at the dinner that was held at the London Studios.

The awards, run by Yell.com, the Yellow Pages online, recognise the best sites on the web. The judging panel includes Martha Lane Fox of Lastminute.com; Tom Bowman of MSN and Mike Butcher of New Media Age. Nominations for the awards come directly from the users of the sites.

TrainingZone is a virtual community for training, personnel and HR professionals. It offers daily news, online training resources and tools, a directory of trainers and consultants, a weekly LearningWIRE and webwatch – a search engine for online training and HR resources.
