The UK Treasury agency Property Advisers to the Civil Estate (PACE), has completed pilot testing the Janna Enterprise Suite and signed a contract for full-deployment.
Janna Enterprise Suite provides a scalable, extensible platform to deliver personalized service using customer knowledge from all sources across the enterprise.
"There are many areas where Janna will help us improve efficiency," said Arnold Butler, director PACE Central Advice Unit. "For example, Janna's hierarchical view of our contacts allows us to understand where an individual fits into the government's organizational structure. Janna will integrate with our existing desktop applications keeping all data accessible through a single user interface and all communication with our clients can be easily traced and recalled."
With its main operational base in London (Westminster), PACE also has operational teams working from Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester and Bristol.
Janna features a robust graphical hierarchy feature that enables users to gain an understanding of the relationships between individuals and departments. A key element of the implementation process has been the customization of the graphical hierarchy to represent the structure of UK government.
"Enterprise Suite allows PACE employees to see all the information relevant to a contact, including letters, e-mails and tasks, by simply looking up an employee's name," said Jonathan Richards, professional services director of Centurion, Janna’s UK reseller.
