Baltimore Technologies has formed a strategic alliance to combine the ValiCert Validation Authority (VA) solution with its public key infrastructure system. Through this arrangement, Baltimore customers will be able to check corporate and individual credentials, facilitating electronic transactions by digital certificates.
“This strategic relationship enables ValiCert to offer its solution through Baltimore’s global channels,” said Sathvik Krishnamurthy, vice president of marketing and business development for ValiCert. “Trusting the credentials and authority of the parties involved in a transaction is a critical step in the widespread deployment and acceptance of online business transactions.”
