I have 30 years experiences in all aspects of Sales,marketing, service, customer insight, and Call Centers. One of the pioneers of CRM, Integrated data-based Sales, Marketing, he brings deep experience in channel management, systems thinking, systems, integration, telephony, and project management. He is both an Accomplished project manager, Speaker, educator and author.
I love creating customer-based/ customer-centric business models in the B2B world. Using a proven approach , it is at its core a resource allocation strategy - with results gauranteed - uses data-driven decision making to optimize coverage models, to maximize returns from customer investments, and to achieve success in your CRM and CEM efforts.
