Unified contact centre provider Noble Systems has launched the latest version of its desktop interface Composer X.
Available on–premise and via the Cloud, Composer X allows contact centre agents to view data from multiple sources on a single interface.
Key enhancements to the platform include deployment flexibility, new design tools for improved workflow creation and enhanced security for compliance.
Composer X can run on Windows, Mac or Linux desktops with only a web browser.

Composer is available with Noble’s unified contact centre platform or as a point solution when integrated with a third-party ACD.
