Tesco continues customer clampdown

Tesco has continued its run of PR gaffs by banning yet another customer from its stores – this time a father carrying his daughter on his shoulders.

The move comes only weeks after the supermarket chain caused outrage by preventing customers at its shop in St Mellons, Cardiff, from shopping barefoot or in their pyjamas in order to “avoid causing offence or embarrassment to others”.

The retailer also challenged WAG Danielle Lloyd recently when she tried to enter Tesco Express in Theydon Bois in a £120 Juicy Couture tracksuit.
