Utility sector labelled "customer service disaster area"
Utilities companies have been slammed as a "customer service disaster area", with as many as five out of six customers in some instances being unhappy with the support they receive.
The Daily Mail’s Money Mail unit said it was "constantly bombarded by letters and emails from readers", complaining about everything from not obtaining the correct bills when promised to failing to call off debt collectors when customers are being chased for no reason.
