Bad customer data management costing British businesses £8 billion

Businesses are squandering £8 billion of revenue potential because of poor customer data quality, according to a new study.

In the midst of continuing tough economic conditions, research from Experian QAS calls for UK organisations to harness the full potential of their data to help boost the bottom line.
 
Despite recognition of the importance of data, this is yet to translate into practice as 90% of UK organisations suspect that their customer and prospect data is not completely accurate.
