Information Builders has launched a business intelligence portal as part of the enhancements to WebFOCUS 8, the company’s business intelligence offering.
The BI Portal provides users with a single point of entry to all WebFOCUS features, a common user interface, and the ability to build complete, modern websites with just a few clicks - requiring no specialist web-design knowledge.
The portal is ideal for use by non-technical users thanks to the use of drag-and–drop controls that today’s workers are familiar with from popular online portals, Information Builders says, to select information to present on their personalised business intelligence portal.
