Onyx Software has launched Onyx 5.0, the latest release of its CRM software with improved workflows, enhanced email management and a set of user personalisation features.
The new release includes a powerful workflow capability that enables organizations to define and execute end-to-end customer processes, including customer process management.
The workflow enhancements in version 5.0 allow users to automate most business processes including qualifying a lead, enrolling a customer in a campaign, opening a new account or following regulatory-compliance procedures.
Personalisation capabilities are now present to provide end-users with greater control over how they manage and work with customer information throughout the application. It also includes efficiency tools, such as a record preview that presents summary information without having to open the record.
