Rapide to host customer engagement webinar for utility leaders
Rapide is inviting utility executives to attend an online industry workshop, focussing on the benefits of real-time customer engagement in the sector.
Due to take place on 29 February at 2pm, the free webinar will discuss the importance of interaction with customers in providing a high level of service, preventing customer churn and developing brand loyalty.
The panel, consisting of Morag Kent from Veolia Water and members of Rapide staff, will discuss the company's use of SMS messaging to monitor customer satisfaction, as well as examine how customer engagement is revolutionising operational performance management in the utility sector.
