There's only one week to go until the Social Business Strategy Summit, with places still available for attendees.
Free registration for MyCustomer.com’s inaugural business summit The Social Business Strategy Summit 2012 opened in March and delegates have been in a rush to apply for registration, with over 350 delegates already signed up.
The one-day event, which will take place on 31 May at the CBI Centre in London, will focus on how businesses are transforming internally and externally through the deployment of social business strategies and technologies to cater for modern stakeholders.
The programme will feature leading industry figures including Sandy Carter from IBM, the Godfather of CRM Paul Greenberg and Sameer Patel, who will offer advice during their session Social Media: From tactical to strategic.
Other speakers include Laurence Buchanan from CapGemini Consulting, Mark Tamis from NET-7, thinkJar’s Esteban Kolsky and Mark Walton-Hayfield from CSC, who will cover social infrastructure and social business.
Additionally, a host of brands will be sharing their real world experiences of how the transition to the social business is happening.
