Infor has launched a new marketing tool in its suite of CRM applications that taps into social networking to maximise revenue from marketing campaigns.
Infor10 Marketing is an integrated database marketing application within the Infor10 CRM Enterprise suite that helps enterprise marketers to plan, execute and monitor their direct-to-consumer marketing activities and customer touches simultaneously across a number of outbound and inbound channels.
It means that customers are able to receive the same communication across multiple channels within a single campaign, allowing marketers to deliver the optimal combination of messages or materials and reinforcing key messaging and benefits to customers.
