Analyst urges caution over SAP support proposals

  • SAP has revised its support offerings after end user protests, but one analyst firm still advises caution.

SAP is introducing financial incentives to try and persuade customers to sign up to its controversial Enterprise Support scheme, but Ovum has warned organisations to assess their options carefully before committing to anything.
