IBM continues social business expansion with new programmes and partnerships

IBM has expanded its influence in the social business space with the news that it is launching a range of consulting programmes, services and partnerships to help companies accelerate social business growth and adoption.

Ahead of its Lotusphere 2012 event, Big Blue has announced it is to run a series of programmes, including technical workshops to improve skill sets as well as consulting services aimed to help develop an organisational culture that fosters open collaboration, value creation and sharing among employees, clients and business partners.

Strategic consulting will focus on helping organisations better understand their current adoption of social business tools for both internal and external purposes and address how social business can be used to address business challenges.
