
Infor, a business application software company, has announced an upgrade to its CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor solution.
Infor10 CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor, which forms part of the Infor10 CRM Enterprise (Epiphany) Suite, aims to help predict customers' future preferences and behaviour based on their real-time activity and past responses.
Enhancements to the solution include a new interface based on Infor10 ION Workspace, tab-based navigation for key functions, and multi-channel execution of campaigns with common messaging.
According to the firm, customers of CRM Enterprise Interaction Advisor include Microsoft, Navy Federal Credit Union, Mohegan Sun, and Tommy Bahama.
