New Lithium suite to support "social customer" relationships

Lithium Technologies has unveiled the first three modules of a new Social Customer Suite based on its Scout Labs acquisition undertaken in May.

The modules comprise Lithium Awareness, which enables brands to run lead generation programmes across multiple social channels in a bid to boost conversion rates; Commerce, which hosts customer reviews and feedback, and Service, which again enables organisations to implement service initiatives across a range of social media platforms.

Lyle Fong, the firm’s co-founder and chief executive, said: "Not only have we built a reputation for the most dynamic technology platform to engage customers, but we also continue to singularly focus on things that will strengthen a company’s relationship with the social customer and that will deliver measurable results back to the business."
