How to Win Friends and Influence People
Great point! As with anything focus and execute. Most people believe you should do what you do best. In this case its a matter of play in the sandbox that your customers play in. Then do it well. Pick the platform your customers are in and talk about the things that interest them.
By the way, this strategy has been around since Dale Carnegie wrote the classic, How to Win Friends and Influence People in 1937. Social Media is just another deliver model.
