Social media monitoring firm Visible Technologies has updated its Intelligence platform to expand global capabilities and enterprise usability.
The platform helps organisations analyse social media conversations to understand information critical to a reputation’s brand, such as consumer preferences, market dynamics, and competitive strengths and weaknesses.
New capabilities added to the platform include expanded multi-language functionality and additional dashboard views to meet the needs of global customers and enterprises using social intelligence across CRM, marketing, product management and advertising.
Visible’s sentiment analysis also now supports four new languages including Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese.
According to the firm, these upgrades are part of Visible’s ongoing commitment to provide clients with the tools they need to make informed, strategic decisions.
Richard Pasewark, CEO of Visible, said: “The social media ecosystem has expanded beyond marketing and advertising to support CRM, marketing automation, and business intelligence. To meet this uptake in adoption, we’ve added new levels of flexibility into our software that gives users the freedom to control their workspace and tailor it to their specific use case or language.”
The upgrade follows the recent launch of the V∙IQ Social Performance Dashboard as well as Visible’s acquisition of competitor company Cymfony.
