Zoho has added to its suite of collaboration applications with new Cloud-based email and social services.
Zoho Campaigns, integrated tightly with the firm’s on-demand CRM software, enables users to create and schedule email campaigns and supports social media campaigns through Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
The solution is also integrated with Google Apps, enabling users to synchronise contacts from Google Contacts as well as use a Google Drive document for campaign content.
Alongside built-in integration with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns offers open APIs to allow integration with other CRM applications.
Raju Vegesna, evangelist for Zoho, said: “Today, customers need to spend a lot of time and effort integrating different applications they use for sales automation, email marketing and customer support. Even then, they still don't get a tightly integrated system.
“With the bi-directional integration between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM, lists remain up to date, and sales representatives can now see how customers acted on previous email marketing campaigns, right from within their CRM.”
Zoho Campaigns is available immediately in Subscription Editions and Per Use Editions. A free edition is also available, allowing users to add up to 500 contacts and send out 2,500 emails per month.
