
Confirmit has announced the latest edition of its multichannel software solution, Horizons Version 17.
New features to the offering include new mobile and web survey layouts and customisation and branding options for multichannel feedback programmes. According to the firm, the new additions are intended to improve the end-to-end experience for those completing feedback surveys, boost participation in Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs and improve response rates.
In addition to the multichannel feedback capabilities, the product also offers:
- Collection and processing of unstructured data.
- Support for a wider range of web platforms for designing surveys and reporting on feedback.
- Further integration of mobile data into the Confirmit platform
- The ability to view media captured on mobile devices, such as video, from within Confirmit’s reporting suite.
