Confirmit unveils latest multichannel feedback platform
Confirmit has unveiled version 15 of its software-as-a-service-based Horizons applications for handling market research and other customer and staff-related feedback.
The upgrade includes a new Flex application development toolkit to enable third parties to build their own Horizons packages in order to differentiate their services. It also provides a PowerPoint Add-In, which integrates with the firm’s Reportal offering so that users can create presentations with their survey data.
