CRM is one of the most popular services for organisations to move to the Cloud and one of the most likely to add value, according to a new study.
Among organisations that have already gone down this route, just over a quarter use Cloud-based CRM or email archiving services compared with 33% for email management and 22% for storage. Nearly a fifth said that they found CRM provided them with the most value, while nearly a quarter believed that email had benefited them most.
These are the findings of a poll undertaken among 565 organisations by email management company Mimecast in autumn last year.
