Oracle takes on another third party support firm with legal action

  • Oracle is hitting out at another third party support and maintenance firm as it scores another valuable point in its ongoing battle with SAP.

Oracle is suing Las Vegas-based Rimini Street, claiming the third party support company engaged in what it claims was "a massive theft" of Oracle's software.
