Really Simple Systems has launched a mobile friendly version of its award winning Cloud CRM offering.
Really Simple Mobile CRM offers real time access to sales systems through smart phones including iPhones, Blackberrys and phones powered by Android or Windows, as well as internet enabled smart devices and tablets.
The new application provides users with real time access to the company’s customer, prospect and sales pipeline data. Users can retrieve and update information on Accounts, Contacts, Tasks, Activities and Opportunities, all in real time. Google Maps is integrated into the application to provide location based services such as directions and maps.
John Paterson, CEO of Really Simple Systems, said building the application in HTML5 meant the company had avoided the synchronisation, installation and maintenance issues associated with downloadable apps.
“Running the application over the web makes sure that all updates are in real time and stays true to the ‘no local software’ Cloud philosophy. The need for physical infrastructure can hamstring a small company’s ability to grow.
Access to all of the company’s resources while out and about is essential to an increasingly mobile workforce and the Cloud is the perfect mechanism to deliver these simple business solutions via smart phones,” Paterson said.
The Mobile application is free to Enterprise Edition customers, with a monthly per user cost to Premium Edition customers.
The company’s hosted product is aimed at companies with multiple locations and sales people who work remotely or at home.Existing Really Simple Systems customers include the Royal Academy of Arts, the British Museum, the Red Cross, NHS and the Department for Environment.
