Natural Resources Wales is a young and ambitious organisation with a unique remit that is breaking new ground in its sustainable management of Wales’ precious natural resources. Established in 2013 by the Welsh Government, this pan-Wales organisation of 1900 people with a budget of £200m is the first of its kind in the world to bring together the tools needed to manage, maintain, enhance and sustain natural resources. NRW have a unique legislative framework within Wales that gives exceptional scope for this role to make a real difference on a significant scale. The organisation wants to be one of the first to leave the natural environment in a better state than they found it in, and to help improve the well-being and prosperity of the people of Wales.

NRW seeks a Head of Customer Experience to provide focus and leadership and to help shape their long-term customer proposition and realise their potential as an organisation.
Someone who loves enhancing the customer journey and experience, with the energy to help achieve goals will be well suited to this opportunity. It will be complex and challenging, but the scope for making a real difference will make it enormously worthwhile.
