The ECCCSAs are the largest and longest running awards in the customer contact industry. They are highly regarded for the integrity and credibility of the judging process, with high calibre judges that are handpicked for their experience and knowledge. These judges can recognise organisations that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers.
The award winning organisations value their people, continually innovate to improve the customer experience, and operate efficiently and effectively. And they could be anywhere in Europe.
Now in their 18th year, the ECCCSAs attract nominations from all over Europe. Last year there were entries from 19 countries and the judges visited a number of finalists. In fact, the judges awarded a Special Humanitarian Award to Pursula in 2017 following a visit to their contact centre supporting refugees as they travelled across the Mediterranean Sea.
The ECCCSAs recognise six groups of awards across Innovation and Technology, Operational Effectiveness, Team, Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Contact Centre.
This year, there are several new categories including
- Best Implementation of AI in Customer Service
- Best Cross-Functional Customer Experience Initiative,
- Best Voice of the Employee Programme
- Best Employee Flexible Working Scheme
- Best Pan-European Contact Centre.
There is plenty of choice and opportunity for a successful project or team to be entered.

The prestigious awards evening
Winners get the recognition they deserve by celebrating their achievements at the prestigious awards evening hosted by Fiona Bruce on Tuesday 27 November. Taking place in the amazing Evolution in Battersea Park, London, the 2018 awards evening will continue to demonstrate the ECCCSAs commanding position in the awards programme.
You don’t have to enter or be a finalist to come along and celebrate, simply book your table when they come on sale.
