We’ve got some exciting news for you all - private messaging has launched MyCustomer!
You will now find a new section in your account page, showing you which private messages you’ve received, and allowing you to send one to any MyCustomer member. If you get a private message, you’ll be able to see it at the top of the page with this nifty new message icon, which will appear next to your username:
You’ll also receive a notification of any messages and responses via email, although you can turn off these notifications in your Email Preferences in your account page.
You can also switch off the private messaging functionality if you wish by selecting this in your account preferences.
You also have the ability to block any members if you don’t wish to receive messages from them (do report any spam or offensive messages to our community team though!).
We hope this will be another handy feature to allow you all to share advice, ideas and resources with your peers, or just a way to have a good chinwag outside of our more public community areas!
