Managing a high volume of incoming calls and customer experience inquiries.
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Providing expert product/service information through telephone calls, social media, emails, and web chat.
Resolving any emerging problems that our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.
Taking ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating them where necessary.
Achieving productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer experience.
Communicating problems and ideas effectively within your team and other departments where necessary.
Accurately record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments as well as actions taken
Previous experience in a customer experience role – someone who is genuinely excited to help our customers and provide the best experience possible.
Patient, empathetic and passionate about finding suitable solutions to help the customer.
An aptitude for problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office and online systems.
Proactive and passionate about making the customer journey as positive as possible!
