Who Will be Crowned One of Europes Most Customer Centric Companies?
The Finalists for the North American Customer Centricity Awards were announced this week. One of the most hotly contested competitions in the CX Calendar. The competition has now moved entirely virtual after the current situation put a halt to live events.
Although the knowledge can’t be shared face to face, there is still a huge amount of content and networking to be done at the virtual event. Over 40 hours of CX content will be available on demand over 2 days and networking will be managed by exciting AI event tech with built in video calling. Cool right?
A written entry and a video presentation from each of the entrants will be carefully evaluated by large panels of judges containing some of the worlds leading CX Specialists. Winners will be announced at the Virtual Ceremony taking place on October 9th 2020.
