CRM on a pay per success plan?

Perhaps a strange question, but I'm sure I remember hearing somewhere that a CRM firm was going to release some software that operated on a payment plan whereby you were charged according to how much success you had with the CRM system. Has anyone heard about this and could they point me in the direction of such a vendor (if they exist)?
