You mention in your article that the Principality Building Society has just promoted their Chief Customer Officer to the post of CEO and you mention that you haven't heard of other examples.  I can tell you that Ageas (Insurance) has done exactly the same. Ageas believes that customers are at the heart of its business and this appointment reinforces their commitment to customer experience.
