MaritzCX Receives Best Partner Status, Analyst Recognition, and Hits Key 2019 Milestones

London, 17th December 2019 – MaritzCX closes 2019 with recognition for its enterprise-grade experience management platform and in-house professional and expert services.

MaritzCX has been recognised as a Representative Vendor by Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory company, in its Market Guide for Voice-of-the-Customer Applications1 report. According to the report, “VoC tools enable application leaders supporting CX to enhance the way they listen to and understand customers. This information can be used to improve CX and achieve strategic customer goals. This guide profiles the largest and most advanced vendors, helping organisations to compare alternatives.”

Earlier this year MaritzCX won the CX Partner (technology or advisory) award at the 2019 CX Awards, held in October in Sydney, Australia.
