“During the current climate, customer interaction is critical, but many businesses are struggling to adapt and communicate with their customers. This is why we’ve launched CC Expo: Virtually Together, to educate businesses and help them overcome some of the key challenges they are facing today,” said Sunny Dhami, Senior Director of Product Marketing EMEA, RingCentral. “The five-day event will be an opportunity to hear first-hand how businesses have adapted, how they are meeting customer expectations, as well as learn about the tools and technologies that are playing an important role in delivering the best possible customer experiences.”
“How businesses respond to the current conditions will shape their future, and while some have been able to quickly adapt, others are still trying to navigate the change. Ultimately, businesses need to transform their contact centre operations. Our event will highlight the benefits of moving to the cloud, and how cloud-based contact centre solutions can help drive productivity and reduce costs,” added Sunny.
