Powered by UC Summit, CC Expo: Virtually Together from RingCentral will help address challenges businesses face in meeting customer experience needs

RingCentral UK Ltd., a leading provider of global enterprise cloud communications, collaboration, and contact centre solutions and a wholly-owned subsidiary of RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE:RNG) has announced the launch of CC Expo: Virtually Together. The virtual event, taking place from 20 – 24 April 2020 and powered by UC Summit, will be an opportunity for businesses to learn how they can support their contact centres and deliver unrivalled customer experiences during these unprecedented times.

With industry events either cancelled or postponed amidst the global pandemic, RingCentral has launched its virtual expo to address the challenges businesses face in meeting their customer experience requirements. The week-long event will feature speaker sessions, demonstrations and customer videos, as well as provide research, advice and guidance for contact centre businesses.

The key themes for the event include: contact centre solutions; moving to the cloud; working from home/anywhere; and business continuity for contact centres.

Keynote sessions include:

  • Moving to Cloud Communications – Andy Conolly, IT Service & Operations Manager, Costa Express

  • Transitioning your Enterprise to Cloud Communications – Graham Calder, Digital Enablement Advisor

  • Customer stories from Avril Chester, CEO and Founder, Cancer Central, Alan Garratt, Head of Operations Support, Arco, as well as from Pharmacy2U

“During the current climate, customer interaction is critical, but many businesses are struggling to adapt and communicate with their customers. This is why we’ve launched CC Expo: Virtually Together, to educate businesses and help them overcome some of the key challenges they are facing today,” said Sunny Dhami, Senior Director of Product Marketing EMEA, RingCentral. “The five-day event will be an opportunity to hear first-hand how businesses have adapted, how they are meeting customer expectations, as well as learn about the tools and technologies that are playing an important role in delivering the best possible customer experiences.”

“How businesses respond to the current conditions will shape their future, and while some have been able to quickly adapt, others are still trying to navigate the change. Ultimately, businesses need to transform their contact centre operations. Our event will highlight the benefits of moving to the cloud, and how cloud-based contact centre solutions can help drive productivity and reduce costs,” added Sunny.
