The application process for the CX Leader of the Year award is now closed.
Entries have flooded in, as customer experience practitioners seek to share their successes and promote the CX profession as a whole.
"We've had entrants from customer experience leaders at the likes of Ted Baker, Aegon and Centrica, and we're delighted at the number of CX professionals that are delivering such fantastic results at their organisations," says Neil Davey, managing editor at MyCustomer.
"We're looking forward to sharing these success stories once we announce our finalists in September."
The annual CX Leader of the Year award, from MyCustomer, recognises customer experience practitioners from around the globe for their role in enhancing and promoting the CX discipline.
In conjunction with an expert judging panel we’ll be showcasing the great work of everyone who applies, before announcing a list of finalists and ultimately crowning one applicant the CX Leader of the Year.
Ian Golding, an author, trainer, consultant and leading global voice in the customer experience industry, explained to MyCustomer why the award is so necessary,
“The CX profession is growing at pace. Recognising the vanguards working tirelessly to change the way organisations think is vital in raising awareness of the importance of their work.”
Fellow judge, Anita Siassios, added: “CX leaders are continuously striving to create great customer experiences, embedding excellence in all aspects of the CX disciplines so they can elevate everyone across their organisations to make an impact.
“It is for this reason we must reflect and recognise these professionals through the CX Leader of the Year award, where we will acknowledge this hard work and inspire others to do the same.”
Other judges include Diane Magers, the CEO of the CXPA, Mosun Shasore, one of Africa's top customer experience consultants, and Colin Shaw, the founder of Beyond Philosophy.
